As a Working Student (m/f/d) in the Dispatch and Planning Domain, you will support our team in handling technical inquiries, analysing errors and conducting software tests. You will help ensure the quality of our applications and document technical issues.
The following tasks fall within this area of responsibility
- Supporting the support team in handling and documenting customer inquiries and technical issues in 1st and 2nd Level Support
- Analysing and performing initial assessments of reported software bugs and technical issues
- Conducting manual software tests to ensure the functionality and quality of our applications
- Assisting in the creation, execution and documentation of test cases and test scenarios
Our requirements
- You currently enrolled in a degree programme in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Technology or a comparable field
- You have an interest in software quality and technical support processes
- You have a basic technical understanding and enjoy analysing errors and finding solutions
- You have strong communication skills and a meticulous approach to work
- You have very good German language skills; English skills are an advantage
- Ideally, you have experience with Wiki systems such as Confluence, as well as Atlassian Jira and Jira Assests
