Technical Solution Consultant (m/f/d) for Intelligent Mobility Solutions
in Fulltime
at one of our locations in Hamburg or Karlsruhe.

Do you enjoy solving technical challenges and adapting software solutions to meet customer requirements? Do you like working at the interface between customers, project teams, and product development? Then you’ve come to the right place.
As a Technical Solution Consultant, you will be the product expert for our solutions and support customers throughout the entire process - from gathering requirements and configuring the solution to its successful implementation and further development.
The following tasks fall within this area of responsibility
- Analyse and gather customer requirements and develop suitable solution approaches
- Set up, configure, and customize our software solutions according to customer requirements
- Create technical specifications, concepts, and documentation
- Independently manage and coordinate technical work packages within customer projects
- Plan and support testing, software releases, and system updates
- Act as a technical point of contact for customers and work closely with Project Management, Product Management, Development, and Support
- Conduct customer training sessions and presentations of our solutions
- Support Sales and Presales activities, including proposals, tenders, and product demonstrations
Your profile
- A technical qualification, degree, or comparable qualification
- Enthusiasm for software, IT systems, and technical concepts
- Enjoyment of understanding customer requirements and translating them into suitable solutions
- A structured and independent way of working
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset when working with customers and colleagues
- Very good German skills and good English skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business
- Experience in consulting, requirements engineering, project environments, or software implementation - nice to have, but not required
- Technical or business understanding of complex business processes - nice to have, but not required
