Project Manager (m/f/d)
in Fulltime
at one our locations in Karlsruhe or Hamburg
As a Project Manager (m/f/d), you will manage projects in the field of planning and dispatching systems, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, to the required quality standards, and within budget.
The following tasks fall within this area of responsibility
- You act as an interface and facilitate communication between internal departments and our customers
- You ensure that all requirements, project tasks, and open issues are identified at an early stage and assigned to the appropriate stakeholders
- You coordinate our resources across multiple projects running in parallel
- You monitor and coordinate project progress and review project results
- You prepare and lead project meetings and promote continuous knowledge transfer
- You support our Sales team with tenders and bids
Your profile
- You have a completed degree in a technical field or a comparable qualification, as well as experience in independently managing IT projects. A project management certification is an advantage
- You have a visionary mindset and strong persuasive skills, as well as excellent organizational and coordination skills to keep track of multiple projects running in parallel
- You have a strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and a high degree of personal responsibility
- You have very good German and English skills. Experience working with international stakeholders, for example through international experience, is an advantage
- You are willing to travel occasionally for domestic and international business trips, taking current developments into account
