We are looking for a
Project Manager (m/f/d)
in Fulltime
at one of our locations in Hamburg, Berlin or Oldenburg.
As a Project Manager (m/f/d), you will advise our clients in the public transportation and mobility sectors on technological issues and develop tailored and efficient solutions. You understand our customers’ business requirements and work with our team of product owners, analysts, and architects, as well as the customer team, to translate these into concrete software solutions.
The following tasks fall within this area of responsibility
- You support public transportation companies and manage the successful implementation of our software solutions—from web applications and mobility platforms to customer management systems
- You will be the face of HanseCom to our customers and the primary point of contact for projects. You keep everything on track, coordinating customers, our international teams, and other service providers
- You orchestrate all requirements, change requests, and customer requests and hand them off as work packages to our consulting and development team
- You support the acquisition of new business and the creation of proposals by thinking ahead about concepts and mobility solutions of the future
- You fill the significant autonomy granted by HanseCom with your own ideas and a willingness to take responsibility for your decisions
- With your methodological knowledge and experience, you support the further development of our project management processes
Our requirements
- Relevant experience as a project manager in commercial software development, preferably with certification
- Organizational and analytical skills: You create clear structures and are able to conduct targeted analyses
- Strong, audience-appropriate communication skills and a confident demeanor
- Experience in agile project management is a plus
- A degree would be an advantage
- Your profile is completed by your strong sense of responsibility, willingness to travel, and fluency in German and English
